Terms of Use

This build is an early-access preview of Hollow Wise, provided by Hollow Wise, LLC. It is not the finished product and features may change, break, or disappear without notice. By using it, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Notice. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What this preview is

A working preview of room setup, cleaning routines, and related tools. It has no subscriptions and no payment of any kind — everything is free to try. Some parts (like the founder-only gate-testing screen) exist for internal testing and are not meant for general use.

Signing in is optional

Most of the app works without signing in — it identifies your visit with a random session identifier that isn't tied to your name, email, or any other personal identity, and is cleared when you close the tab. You can also sign in with Google or a one-time email link, no password either way. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what each option stores.

Not professional advice

Hollow Wise does not provide medical, mental-health, emergency, safety, cleaning-chemical, pest, mold, electrical, plumbing, or professional home-maintenance advice. Use your judgment, follow product labels, and contact qualified professionals when a task may be unsafe.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access limits, interfere with security, enter illegal or harmful content, scrape the service, or use it to harm another person or property.

Your content

You keep ownership of room names, task edits, notes, and feedback you enter. You give Hollow Wise limited permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the preview and improve the product. Anything you submit as a suggested room-type entry is reviewed by a person and never shared with your personal details attached.

Hollow Wise content

The Hollow Wise name, design, copy, routines, software, and other product materials belong to Hollow Wise, LLC or its licensors. You may use them only as part of the service unless written permission is provided.

Availability

This is a preview build and may contain bugs, downtime, or incomplete features, and may be reset or discontinued without notice. Do not rely on it for anything you cannot afford to lose.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hollow Wise, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, personal injury, property damage, or cleaning outcomes arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the preview changes. The date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, except where another law is required to apply.
