Hollow Wise offers step-by-step cleaning and household-care guidance. It cannot see your home, verify that a task is safe for you, supervise your actions, or replace professional help.

Use your judgment

Skip or stop any task that feels unsafe, painful, dizzying, emotionally overwhelming, or wrong for your home. Use "Save for later" or the rescue button whenever you need it. Stop and get appropriate help if you smell gas, see smoke, find exposed wiring, or discover mold, pests, biohazards, sharp objects, broken glass, standing water, structural damage, or anything that may need a professional or emergency response.

Cleaning products

Read and follow product labels. Ventilate when needed. Do not mix cleaning chemicals. Keep cleaning products away from children and pets.

Health, accessibility, and energy level

Hollow Wise may ask about preferences or support needs so guidance can feel more usable — this is never medical or mental-health advice. If a task affects your health or safety, contact a qualified professional or trusted support person.

Food, appliances, lifting, and access

Follow food-safety guidance from qualified public-health sources and discard food when you cannot safely determine whether it should be kept. Unplug appliances before cleaning only when the manufacturer directs it, and never work on wiring or internal components. Do not climb, lift heavy objects, or move appliances unless you can do so safely with appropriate equipment or help.
