Early-access preview — last updated August 19, 2026
Privacy Policy
This page explains, plainly, what this preview collects. Signing in is optional — most of the app works without it.
Without signing in
If you don't sign in, this preview generates a random session identifier and holds it in your browser's session storage (cleared automatically when you close the tab). That identifier is never linked to a name, email address, or any other identity — it exists only so the app can remember your rooms and progress for the length of your visit.
If you sign in
You can sign in with Google or with a one-time email link — no password either way. Signing in stores your email address and, for Google sign-in, an internal identifier Google gives us to recognize you next time (not your Google password, which we never see). This creates an account record and an active-session cookie so you stay signed in across visits. Signing in does not currently connect your rooms/routines/progress to that account — that's a separate step, and hasn't been built yet.
Cookies
Signing in sets one cookie, holding a random session token (not readable by scripts, sent only to this site, over a secure connection), so the site knows you're signed in. It lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out. No other cookies are set — no tracking, no advertising cookies.
What's stored only on your device
Your widget order, your guidance-level preference (Full/Short/Title only), and anything you enter on the Household page (age range, household size, pets/kids, accessibility notes) are saved in your browser's local storage only. None of it is sent to any server. Clearing this site's browser data removes it completely.
What's stored on the server
To make room setup and routines work, the following is stored in the product database, linked to your session identifier (or your account, if signed in): room names and types, your quiz answers, routine run progress, saved/custom routines, and any private room notes you write.
Sending a routine to someone else
When you send a routine link to someone, the server stores a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the link's access token — never the token itself — plus a snapshot of the routine and its expiry time. The recipient's responses and completed steps are stored without their identity, IP address, or device information.
Third parties
Google is used only if you choose "Continue with Google," to confirm who you are — it shares your verified email with us, nothing else. A Cloudflare email-sending service delivers the one-time sign-in link if you choose email instead. No analytics or advertising services are connected to this preview. Nothing is sold or shared.
Where this stands right now
This build currently runs as a local, non-public preview. If and when it's deployed publicly, this page will be updated first, and any change that means more data is collected will be described here before it happens.
Your choices
You can clear this site's browser data at any time to remove everything stored locally, and sign out at any time to end an active session. To request deletion of an account and its associated data, email us below.

This preview is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
